Lele Chen is a Lead Network Process & Quality Manager at AT&T, where they develop strategic plans and financial models to enhance the organization’s performance and operational effectiveness. Previously, Lele worked as a Venture Capital Analyst at Garage Technology Ventures and held roles as a Financial Research Associate at Wellspring Consulting and a Business Data Analyst at Wells Fargo, where they contributed to revenue retention and multichannel product analysis. Additionally, Lele served as an Investment Banking Analyst at White Pacific Securities, Inc., focusing on M&A and divestiture strategies. Lele is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at South China Agricultural University, a Master's degree in Economics with a financial concentration at the University of San Francisco, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
