Libby Nezda Orr

Libby Nezda Orr is a curiosity-driven leader specializing in state tax and broadband policy at AT&T, where they have worked since 2014. They serve on the boards of PBS Austin and the Texas Association of Business, reflecting their commitment to community engagement. With extensive experience in strategic planning, relationship building, and political risk analysis, Libby has held various roles at AT&T, including Director of External & Legislative Affairs. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Texas Senate and as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Pate Taraborelli Partners, among other roles. Libby holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Texas A&M University.
