Lisl Brunner

Lisl Brunner is an Assistant VP and Senior Counsel for Global Regulatory and Compliance at AT&T, where they advise on compliance with U.S. and EU privacy regulations and technology policies. With 15 years of international legal experience, Lisl has previously served as Policy and Learning Director at the Global Network Initiative, where they advocated for responsible business conduct and engaged stakeholders on internet freedom issues. They also held positions at the Office of the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression and have contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center. Lisl holds a JD in International & Comparative Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BA in Government from The College of William and Mary.
