Lonny Friedfertig is the Director of Network Operations at AT&T, bringing extensive experience in leading and transforming technical organizations. Lonny previously held roles that included Director of Switched Services and Director of the Network Operations Center, managing complex platforms such as VoIP and advanced conferencing services. With a focus on operational excellence, Lonny led the 911 Center of Excellence, ensuring round-the-clock support for critical services. Currently, Lonny is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
