Lou Leal

Lou Leal is a retired Director in Technology with a robust background in project and service management. They worked at AT&T from 2005 to 2008, where they served as Director of Project/Service Management, leading a team responsible for complex service delivery, and later as Director of Technology, overseeing lifecycle management and engineering support for major global customers. Prior to that, they held various leadership and engineering roles at Southwestern Bell Telephone Co from 1998 to 2004, including Director of Access and Local Services. Lou earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston's Cullen College of Engineering in 1972.
