Luis Franco, ME, MBA, PMP, is currently a Senior Project Manager in CRE Design & Construction at AT&T, a position they have held since 2016. Previously, they served as the Project Management Department Head for HPE Continuity from 2007 to 2016, where they focused on the design of critical facilities infrastructure. Luis began their career as a Facilities Engineer at UPS from 1992 to 1997. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
