Mahadevan Sankaran

Mahadevan Sankaran is a Radio Access Network Engineer with 29 years of experience in RF design, traffic, and spectrum engineering. Currently, as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at AT&T, Mahadevan focuses on spectrum management, network design, and automation efforts to modernize radio access spectrum management, while also collaborating on advanced deployments and capacity optimization initiatives. Previously, Mahadevan held leadership roles at Wipro Technologies, Nokia Siemens Networks, and LCC International, establishing RF practices, developing product feature roadmaps, and managing engineering activities. Mahadevan earned an MBA in General Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and holds degrees in Electronics and Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering from Annamalai University and Virginia Tech, respectively, along with additional certifications in predictive analytics and programming.
