Malcolm Bruce Westcott

Malcolm Bruce Westcott is a Director of Strategy and Solutions at AT&T Public Sector Solutions, where they lead strategic initiatives for a $900 million Department of Defense team. With over 40 years of experience in operational and executive level planning, they previously held roles as Program Manager at Lockheed Martin and Verizon Enterprise Solutions. In the U.S. Army, they served as Deputy Chief Army Reserve, managing a $7 billion budget and overseeing recruitment and transition programs for over a million personnel. Malcolm has advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University and a degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from The United States Army War College.
