Matt Murphy is currently the Associate Director of Executive Compensation at AT&T in Dallas, Texas, overseeing the Global Equity program and managing various aspects of compensation reporting and analysis. With over four years of experience in executive compensation, they have contributed to short-term and long-term plan design, proxy analysis, and shareholder engagement. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Auditor at AT&T, where they participated in audits and developed risk-based assessment plans, and they also gained experience as a summer intern at GE Capital focusing on market entry strategies.
