Matthew Ochs

Matthew Ochs is a Senior Contract Manager for AT&T's First Responders Network (FirstNet), providing contract management support since 2017. Currently, they also serve as the Director of DOD Business Development at AT&T Public Sector Solutions, where they have significantly contributed to revenue growth over the years. With over 20 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps, Matthew retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, having excelled in various roles including Contracting and Acquisition Professional. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Master's of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
