Matthew Smarr is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management, a Master of Science in Information Resource Management, and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics and Computer Service. They served as Principal Advanced Technical Support at AT&T from 2001 to 2007, providing Tier III support for Switched Ethernet services and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for various Ethernet networks. Prior to that, Matthew held roles at BellSouth, including Regional Technical Support and Business Systems Network Manager, where they managed a surveillance center and ensured network integrity across a multi-state backbone. Matthew's early career included a position as LCSSA at Delta Air Lines from 1987 to 1994.
