Melissa Pera has extensive experience in quality assurance and account management, currently serving as Principal Quality Assurance at AT&T since 2015. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Scrum Master and QA Tester at TEKsystems from 2014 to 2015 and was a Senior Account Manager at Car Solutions/CFS Financial between 2010 and 2013. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Project/Station Manager at WGUN/The Gram Corp. from 2004 to 2010. Melissa earned a degree in Chemistry from the University of West Georgia, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
