Michael Baietto has over three decades of experience in network operations and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Network Operations - SDN Design & Engineering at AT&T since June 1999. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Lead Technical Consulting Engineer in GBS Global Customer Service at AT&T and worked at IBM from January 1995 to June 1999 as an Engineer specializing in Network Infrastructure Test and Certification. Earlier in his career, from June 1989 to January 1995, Michael worked at Sears Technology Services / Advantis as an Engineer focused on Core Network Infrastructure Operations and Development. Michael holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DePaul University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
