Michael Haggard

Michael Haggard is an Army Senior Strategist at AT&T with over 28 years of experience in information technology leadership, specializing in Cybersecurity Operations and IT solutions development. They have a history of integrating IT projects for the U.S. Army and leading teams in complex environments, including extensive work in nuclear command and control communications. Michael has served in various high-level roles, including Chief of Plans/Projects Integration for U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command and Division Chief for the Joint Staff's National and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications division. They hold a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
