Michelle Bourianoff is currently the Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T, where they have represented the company in telecommunications and technology transactions since 1997. Previously, Michelle worked as an associate at Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody from 1992 to 1996 and served as a briefing attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 1991 to 1992. Michelle earned a J.D. with high honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a cum laude B.A. in English, History, and Political Science from Rice University.
