Naseem Rahman

Naseem Rahman is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at AT&T since October 2006, Naseem leads multiple CTO projects in the Mobility Core Network, ensuring adherence to processes throughout all development phases. Prior to this role, Naseem worked at Nortel Networks for seven years, initially as a Scientific Member of Technical Staff, focusing on UMTS CS end-to-end features, and later as a Senior Test and Verification Engineer, responsible for testing and verifying UMTS/3G features. Additionally, Naseem has experience as a Test Engineer III at MCI WorldCom. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
