Nick Bostic

Nick Bostic is the Lead Investigator for Global Security at AT&T, where they apply their extensive expertise in customer service and sales, cultivated over 15 years, to address complex issues. Prior to this role, Nick served as a Retention Specialist and gained significant experience in customer relations and team management. They began their career as a Sales Manager at Circuit City, where they excelled in driving sales and coaching a team of associates. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and has additional degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Belhaven University and Hinds Community College.
