Niveditha T. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in system engineering, release management, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Lead System Engineering - Digital at AT&T since April 2025, Niveditha previously held the position of Senior Manager for Global Release and Project Management at PepsiCo, where successes included establishing DevSecOps release processes and managing a team of project managers. Prior experience includes significant roles at Paycor, VCE, and various consulting firms, focusing on release and change management, as well as implementing Agile methodologies. Niveditha holds two MBA degrees from Esade and Aalto University, with a focus on design thinking and innovation, as well as an MS in Computer Science from The University of Alabama and a BTech in Information Technology from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology.
