Olivia Chávez Serrano

Olivia Chávez Serrano is the Director of Cash Management at AT&T México, where they focus on ensuring the effective capture of company revenues through operational controls and reconciliations. They have been with Iusacell since 2012 as the Manager of Revenue Treasury, implementing continuous improvement projects and serving as a fraud prevention committee member. Previously, Olivia was the Project Administrator for CashPlus at Grupo Tecnoval and held the position of Internal Audit Controller at Salinas y Rocha. Olivia is currently pursuing a Digital Transformation Executive Program at ISDI and has a background in process improvement and team coaching, holding certifications from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
