Pat Starks

Pat Starks is a strategic real estate leader with expertise in de-risking and accelerating infrastructure growth through data-driven location strategy, site selection, and land acquisition. They currently serve as Associate Director of Site Selection at AT&T, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Pat held roles including Senior Manager II of Site Selection at Walmart and Manager of Site Selection Strategy & Investments at Wood. Pat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts from Binghamton University.
