Patrick Emery is the Associate Director of Program Management at AT&T Government Solutions, where they manage a team that provides system, database, and software support for various back-office systems. Patrick has extensive experience in system, database, and software engineering, having previously held the position of Principal Systems Engineer at the same company from 2000 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at GRCI from 1996 to 2000.
