Patti Wright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network support and financial management. Since March 1989, Patti has served as a Senior Specialist in Network Support at AT&T, where responsibilities include providing Root Cause Analysis documents for business customers regarding long-duration outages and reporting results.
