With 24 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Unified Communications, they have led major deployments for global enterprises, handling large-scale user migrations and transformations. Phil has previously held technical consultant roles at Dell, Lynx Technology, and BT Engage IT, where they focused on high and low-level design specifications, business analysis, and project completion. They earned a B.Sc (Hons) in Maths and Electronics from The Open University and hold various IT certifications.
