Phil Testa

Phil Testa has extensive experience in supply chain management, having served as Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management at AT&T from January 1998 to December 2005, followed by the role of Senior Director of Supply Chain Systems & Processes. Prior to this, Phil Testa was the Deputy Director General at Belgacom from January 1994 to December 1998, with a focus on supply chain and finance. Phil Testa holds an MBA in Management from Lewis University, attained between 1990 and 1992, and a B.S. in Marketing from Elmhurst College, completed from 1976 to 1980.
