Rakhi Gupta is a dedicated technology leader currently serving as the Director of Data Insights at AT&T's Chief Data Office. With over 22 years of experience in software engineering, data mining, and modeling, they have held various strategic roles including Big Data Engineer and Solution Architect. Rakhi has led teams to develop AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency, and they have actively contributed to initiatives like anomaly detection and machine learning model development. Rakhi is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at The University of Texas at Austin and has completed several relevant certifications, including from MIT and Udacity.
