Raluca Sirbu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at AT&T, serving as Director since 1995. In this role, Raluca has excelled as Solution Architect Director for 8 years, leading a team of over 15 members in executing large-scale transformative projects that emphasized multi-business unit collaboration, innovative solutions, and process re-engineering. Raluca's achievements include pioneering the industry's first Software Defined Network implementation and introducing the first Standard API, which garnered multiple awards for AT&T. Prior to AT&T, Raluca acted as Lead Technical Architect and Owner at MSPublishing House LLC from 2005 to 2010, demonstrating a strong passion for education and societal improvement. Raluca holds a degree from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest.
