Ray Via, MBA, is an Associate Director of Professional Services at AT&T Consulting, where they lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives across the public and enterprise sectors. With over 27 years of experience, Ray has a strong background in IT infrastructure and strategic advisory, helping C-suite and agency leaders modernize operational models. They have been instrumental in major projects such as the FAA’s ADS-B system and various high-impact RFPs, focusing on compliance, operational excellence, and public value. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration, as well as completing a Corporate Executive Development Program at SMU Cox School of Business.
