Rebecca Winter is a senior technology leader currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Gigapower, LLC. With extensive experience at AT&T since 2006, Rebecca has held multiple director roles overseeing various departments, where they focused on operations, technology transformation, and program management. Rebecca’s expertise spans telecommunications, product development, and change management, underpinned by a commitment to enhancing customer experience and optimizing performance. They are pursuing a B.A. in English and Technical Writing and hold an M.B.A. from Coles College of Business.
