Rhonda Johnson

Rhonda Johnson is the Executive Vice President of Federal Regulatory Relations at AT&T, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's regulatory priorities with federal departments and agencies. With a background that includes previous roles such as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at both Ameritech Wisconsin and SBC Illinois, Rhonda has significant experience in regulatory policy. They also held various leadership positions throughout their career at AT&T, including President of AT&T California, where they directed government affairs and social engagement initiatives. Rhonda is currently pursuing an Executive Management Certificate at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has completed an Executive Management Training program at the University of Michigan. They graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1982.
