Ric Towell is a retired professional with extensive experience in technology and education. They worked at AT&T from 2008 to 2017, serving in various roles including Principal Technical Architect and Director of Technology Development and Engineering, where they established architectural direction for contact center technologies and led teams of Principal Technical Architects. Prior to AT&T, Ric was an Information Center Specialist at Quad/Graphics, Inc. and an 8th Grade Math/Science/Computer Science Teacher in the Greendale School District.
