Rich Miska is currently the AVP of the AT&T Strategic Program Office, a position they have held since 2011. Prior to this role, Rich served as the Director of VoIP Network Planning at AT&T from 2005 to 2011 and as District Manager of Integrated Network Planning at AT&T Labs, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The College of Wooster and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Michigan State University.
