Richard Chen

Richard Chen is a results-driven technology executive currently serving as Director and General Manager at AT&T since 2021. With extensive experience in global network and cloud transformation, Richard has excelled in leading multi-sourcing integration projects and managing large, geographically dispersed teams. Previously, Richard held multiple director roles at AT&T, including Director of Internet Operations and Director of Digital Life International Operations. Richard is pursuing multiple graduate degrees, including a Master's at Georgia Institute of Technology and two Master's degrees at the University of Southern California.
