Rick Tompkins

Rick Tompkins is a Senior Network Control Engineer at AT&T Mobility, where they perform software loads on various components of the AT&T Mobility network. With 30 years of experience in telecommunications, Rick began their career as a Communications Technician at AT&T, working in 4A, 4ESS, and 5ESS switching systems, and later transitioned to roles as a Network Engineer and course developer. They previously worked with Cingular, managing BTS rehomes, and have also taught basic electronics and telephony to technicians and management at AT&T. Rick continues to seek opportunities for career advancement and new challenges in the telecom field.
