Rob Davis has extensive experience in cybersecurity and identity management, currently serving as Director of Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management at AT&T since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of SVP and Head of Digital Identity Services at Citizens from October 2021 to September 2025, and was the Senior Director of Digital Identity Services at TIAA from April 2012 to October 2021. Rob has also been involved in academic advisory roles, including participation on the Cybersecurity Certificate Program Board at Ithaca College and the Cybersecurity Advisory Board at Rutgers University. Earlier career highlights include senior leadership roles at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, where Rob contributed to the development of enterprise security services and web application solutions. Rob earned a degree from Ryerson University between 1990 and 1994.
