Rob Kaufman is currently a Senior Media Production Specialist at Cricket Wireless, managing a team of instructional designers who create web-based and classroom training materials for AT&T Retail store employees nationwide. With a career spanning over two decades, Rob's experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Learning Services at AT&T and eLearning Consultant at IBM. Rob holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University and a BA in Letters and Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Their passion for education and training is evident in their work, where they blend creativity and technical skills to engage learners effectively.
