Robert Holmes has extensive experience in the telecommunications and public safety sectors, serving as an AT&T Universal Service Executive and Regional Consultant for the AT&T FirstNet Program from January 2000 to September 2017. In this role, Robert consulted with First Responder entities to enhance their operations through the FirstNet platform, collaborated with account teams to identify eligible user groups, and provided valuable feedback to product organizations regarding applications and device needs. In addition to this, Robert has been actively involved with the Endwell Fire Department since 1994 as a volunteer firefighter and past assistant chief. Robert holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Applied Science Fire Service from SUNY Broome Community College.
