Sara Joy

Sara Joy is a visionary executive with over 10 years of experience in enterprise-scale design leadership, currently serving as a Principal User Experience Architect at AT&T since 2024. Previously, they held various roles at AT&T, including Associate Director of Technology and Lead User Experience Architect, where they spearheaded user experience strategy and design thinking initiatives. Sara has also worked as a Design Consultant and Brand Strategist at Design Cubicle and as a User Experience Architect at Rockfish Interactive. They hold a Master's degree in Media Design from Full Sail University, an Executive MBA from UT Dallas, and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
