Scott Raisor

Scott Raisor, PMP, is an accomplished information technology professional currently serving as the AVP of Government Program Management at AT&T Corp since 2015. With a proven track record in conceptualizing and integrating IT strategies, Scott has successfully delivered complex, multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget. Prior to this role, they managed GMR’s Systems Division and held various senior program management positions at AT&T, focusing on network operations, client relationships, and enhancing productivity and cost efficiency. Scott holds certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma, along with a Master Certificate in Project Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
