Scott Stubbs is an accomplished Associate Director of Technology with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical programs. Previously at AT&T, Scott oversaw strategic initiatives, including system enhancements and cloud transformation efforts, while guiding teams in the implementation of enterprise solutions.
