Shelia Lowe

Shelia Lowe is currently the Acting Lead L&D Strategist at AT&T, where they conduct needs assessments and develop training solutions to enhance employee performance. Prior to this role, Shelia served as a Senior Training Manager/Delivery at AT&T and held various positions in sales and customer service at companies including Diamond Limo, Cingular Wireless, and BellSouth Mobility. Shelia has extensive experience in coaching, stakeholder collaboration, and the design of learning programs. Academically, they are pursuing a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Alabama and have earned an MBA in Marketing from Ashford University.
