Shiv Kumar

Shiv Kumar is an accomplished Sr Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Starting with MCI as Manager of Network Services from July 2001 to June 2007, Shiv focused on line cost negotiation, presale activities, bid management, and customer interactions across SAARC countries. Shiv transitioned to Flag Telecom briefly in July 2007 before joining AT&T Global Network, where responsibilities include comprehensive account management for major telecommunications companies in South Asia and collaborating with the product team for new product launches. Shiv has also held the title of Sr Manager at AT&T Global Network Services India Pvt Ltd since August 2007. Shiv holds an M.B.A. in Sales & Marketing from Symbiosis International University and completed a Management Development Program in Business Development at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
