Simon Toms is currently the Lead International HR Business Partner at AT&T, where they have worked since 2000, also serving as a Global Lead Engineering Manager. Prior to joining AT&T, Simon was a Senior Network Engineer at IBM from 1994 to 2000. They earned a BEng(Hons) in Communication Systems Engineering, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, from the University of Portsmouth between 1991 and 1994.
