Stacy Thompson

Stacy Thompson, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at AT&T since July 2025. Prior to this role, Stacy held various positions at Forth™, including VP of Human Resources, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business needs, managing employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and development for over 80 employees. Earlier experiences include positions at FOG Software Group, where Stacy served as Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Generalist, focusing on employee lifecycle management and strategic collaboration with senior management. Additionally, Stacy spent time at Target as a Human Resource Specialist and Executive Team Lead, primarily responsible for onboarding and HR operations. Stacy holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Franklin University.
