Stephen Luczo

Experience: Mr. Luczo is a Managing Partner of Crosspoint Capital Partners, L.P. (a private equity investment firm focused on the cybersecurity and privacy sectors located in Woodside, California) and has served in this capacity since February 2020. He is also Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology plc (a global provider of data storage technology and solutions in Cupertino, California) and has served in this capacity since 1998. Mr. Luczo also served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2004 and from 2009 to 2017. He joined Seagate in 1993 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to joining Seagate, Mr. Luczo held various roles in investment banking. He holds an A.B. in economics from Stanford University and earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
