Steven Heidt has an extensive background in technology and solutions architecture. They worked at IBM Global Network as Director of IBM Worldwide Skills Management from 1990 to 1996 and continued their career at AT&T and IBM as a Global Customer Solutions Executive Deal Lead and Solutions Architect from 1997 to 2010. Steven completed their BA, Masters, and Ed.S degrees at the University of Florida, finishing all coursework for a Ph.D.
