Sue Horn

Sue Horn is a Senior Technical Project Manager at AT&T, specializing in ensuring equitable Spanish and English experiences in Interactive Voice Response systems. With a rich background in telecommunications and linguistics, Sue previously worked as a Contract Linguist for the U.S. Department of Justice and served as an all-call Telephone Interpreter for Language Line Services, earning commendations for exceptional performance. Sue also held roles as a Risk Analyst and Project Manager at BellSouth, contributing to process improvements, and owned an independent translation and interpretation company in Colombia.
