Susan Sheehan is currently a Sr. Scrum Master at AT&T, where they have held various roles including Sr. Project/Program Manager and IT Project Manager. Previously, they worked at Cingular Wireless as a Functional Analyst and at KAO Of America as an Internal ISO Auditor/Document Control Administrator. Before joining AT&T, they spent a decade at Microsoft Corporation in roles involving quality assurance and document control. Susan has been pursuing a degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Seattle Pacific University since 1990.
