Ted Rikard

Ted Rikard, C.P.M., has a diverse background in procurement and contract management spanning several decades. Currently retired since December 2020, Ted held significant roles at AT&T, including Senior Contract Manager and Team Lead for Consumer Marketing, overseeing substantial annual spending. Prior to this, Ted served as Corporate Purchasing Manager at The Tensar Corporation, managing procurement for manufacturing facilities, and as Contract Manager for BellSouth Long Distance, where responsibilities included sourcing and contracting for transport and switching equipment. Ted also gained experience as a Senior Buyer at Scientific Atlanta. Ted Rikard earned a BSED in U.S. History/Government from The University of Georgia between 1975 and 1977.
