Thurston Webb

Thurston Webb is the Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T, where they lead a team of litigators focused on commercial litigation. With a specialization in complex commercial and appellate litigation, Webb has extensive experience in federal and state trial courts, handling cases that include class actions, data breaches, and contract disputes, among others. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and completed law clerk positions for notable judges in federal courts. Webb earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
