Tim Lake is currently the Vice President for SLED - Public Sector & FirstNet at AT&T, where they engage with public sector organizations to address complex operational issues while leveraging technology to enhance services. Their experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Cisco, leading teams focused on public sector solutions across multiple states, and managing operations at Credit Union West, where they provided IT support and developed internet applications. Tim founded and owned Quantum Lake, developing IT platforms for credit unions before its acquisition by Intrigo Financial. They are dedicated to coaching and mentoring employees, fostering an environment of empowerment and empathy in problem-solving.
